Tiffany suggests replacing the last two letters of these words with an ‘A’ to achieve the accent, ‘summer, winter, flower, loser, tosser’.  

Replacing the ‘ER’ ending letters in certain words with an ‘A’ achieves the authentic sound many try and fail to master.
